PHASE 3 MOBLISING STORIES. CONVERSATIONS OF CHANGE AND NARRATIVE ACCOUNTABILITY

In this phase the trainer together with (representatives) of all the parties are involved organize a follow up based on the outcomes of the story analysis and curation.
What learnings can we take from the stories? And how can we produce a new collective account of the process, valuing the stories that were told?
Who should hear about the content of the stories?
In this phase the participants decide together what new conversations of change (meetings) should be realized to show a compilation of stories to address the topic for positive change. This compilation of stories in audio, video or photo you may make a new story in video or podcast to engage a conversation with others and make a change in policy or future projects.
If you worked with visual arts to tell and engage the story, you may organize an exhibition with quotes out of stories of people.
In fact, this process of common analysis and conversations together is to be used as narrative accountability as a shared responsible process. The registration of results in images and words are to be used in a report, that helps idenity improvements of actual policy or business projects and open insights about new KPI’s that should be taken into account.
