1.    Individually: Write down what storytelling means to you. Think about telling stories in everyday life; family, neighbourhood. About What? To Whom? Why? What type of events? Think about telling stories in formal settings and informal settings. Are they authentic stories of lived experience? 

2.    In groups or plenary: Discuss in the group you wish to train. What does the sharing of experiences and stories mean to you in your everyday life and in professional settings? What types of stories do we tell in different circumstances?
